Space to Breathe provides creative and thoughtful wellbeing support to companies, charities, entrepreneurs and organisations. We seek to boost people’s wellbeing and value.
Our work environments are complex and distinct. We approach each workplace we support with the care to listen and learn about the way things are done.
We will often use a creative tool to start conversations about wellbeing. Concepts like the Art of Connection have proven to be immensely in enabling people to talk about their wellbeing and to hear new and honest reflections about how people feel. We’ve applied this in as diverse places as the Business shows, Summer Festivals and the Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre. Similarly we have used creative tools such as our Wellbeing Audit to take the pulse of wellbeing in an organisation and learn from it.
These creative tools can either work alongside training opportunities or provide a guide-post to what sort of training, resources or support would suit your organisation. We believe this creative approach makes us well-placed to support a wide variety of organisations.
